At ThugShip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made products or perishable goods, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description before making a purchase.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thugship.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@thugship.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.

  • Downloadable software/digital products
  • Health and personal care items

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
